Frequently asked questions
For Digital Download Products - Do you accept refunds or cancellations?
Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered.
If there's any problem with the download please contact us via Etsy for further assistance.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds on products that are shipped, as they are print to order. We will have insured its value with USPS for up to $100. You can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal.
**Any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.
Do you offer rush production?
All shipped orders will be processed in our standard 7-14 business days due to publishing timelines. If you need it SOONER you can contact us and we will work with you and the publisher to see how quickly we can get it and what additional charges may apply.
These requests will be handled on a case by case basis and no guarantees are made that we can meet your delivery requirements.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
The Little Activity Company is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please
contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a
mail theft report with your local police department.
What if my shipped item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
What is a mockup file?
A mockup file is a digital image file that you can edit by using computer software such as Photoshop, Canva, Design Space and other photo editing software.
Our Mockup files are Flat JPG files and will not have any of our watermark or design on the actual images you'll receive so you can easily edit the file to make it your own.
Do I need to have a Canva Account?
If you purchase any of our digital product templates that have PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR
(Master Resell Rights) and you wish to resell them you will need to signup with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for Free or there is a Pro version available at a monthly cost.
Custom and personalized orders
When you purchase a digital download it will be available to you for immediate download after successful payment. You can download it and print it at home or you can download it and send it to a place that prints for you.
When you check out you will provide your email. Instructions will be sent to the email you provide. If you do not receive the email, first check your Spam folder before contacting us.
Should you still need assistance please send an email to us via Etsy and we will respond as soon as possible, typically in under 2 hours but up to 24 hrs.
