Do I need Excel?
No. Google Sheets (free) works perfectly, and the Excel file is included too.
How do I get my files?
Etsy emails you straight after payment, and the files are always under You > Purchases and reviews > Download files. Open the START-HERE PDF first: one click makes your own Google Sheets copy.
Can I edit it?
Yes. You type only in the pale yellow cells, and you can rename categories, add rows and change fee rates. The formula columns work on their own, and you can change those too if you're confident.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. The marketplace fee rates are editable on the Settings tab of the profit and pricing tools (the Profit Tracker also lists UK, EU, Canada and Australia Etsy rates beside the US defaults), and you can switch the currency symbol with Format > Number > Currency.
Will it work in Numbers, LibreOffice or old Excel?
It's built and tested for Google Sheets (free) and Excel 2016 or later / Microsoft 365. Other apps may open it, but I can't promise every formula works there. On a Mac without Excel, use the Google Sheets copy.
What if something doesn't work? Can I get a refund?
Digital files can't be returned, but if anything doesn't work as described, message me and I'll fix it or refund you. I answer every message myself.
