The Method of Caring: A Visual Way to Enhance Your Mental Health Practice!

Hello and welcome to my shop - The Method of Caring!

My name is Robyn Verrall, I am a registered psychological counselor and I've been working in the mental health field for around six years now! I have worked in schools, universities, social work offices and private settings. In these settings I have working with people from various socio-economic backgrounds, ages and stages of life. My role as a counselor is to provide my clients with a safe space to allow them to talk through their life challenges, provide tools to help them cope and provide empathy.

While navigating these various settings, I've felt the challenges we face as mental health professionals. The lack of visual resources that help us to truly resonate and engage with our clients, students and others. I decided to create my own tools - backed by theoretical knowledge and therapeutic underpinnings to help fellow mental health professionals!

In my shop you will find a variety of different therapeutic tools and guides to help you in your professional journey,
