Hello and welcome to The Modish Home! My name is Sarah (owner & designer) and I'm pleased to introduce you to our collection of personalized gifts and décor.

The term "Modish" was one we knew had to be in the title of our shop. To us, it's the perfect blend of "modern" and "stylish," but it also means any style - contemporary, farmhouse, transitional, bohemian - that we nudge towards modern but not all the way. We create these multitalented designs by focusing on their ability to fit into the décor of almost any home - and to stay there a long, long time.

For one thing, we approach each composition with a clean, modern eye but incorporate just enough traditional elements to keep them from being too trendy. They'll never look out of style.

For another thing, we use the best - fine art archival cotton rag paper, professional aqueous inks, museum grade canvases, 100% woven cotton - all the stuff that makes future family heirlooms.

As for me, I'm a wife, a mother of three girls, and a former middle school teacher. I thrive on creating a warm and inviting home for our family, and the shop was born from that passion. I try to create beautiful things that are deeply personal and help tell a family's story every step of the way.
