How do I share my personalization or request design changes?
Please review the listing images for available design options. If you’d like changes beyond personalization (such as a different header or watercolor motif), let me know in the “Notes to Seller” box during checkout.
♡ If you’re ordering multiple items with different names, just increase the quantity and list each personalization (example: Erica, Melinda, Olivia…) in the “Notes to Seller” box during checkout.
My order is a gift, will there be pricing in the packing slip?
Never ♡ Because so many orders I make are gifts, I never include pricing anywhere in my shipments whether they are marked as gifts or not. I'm happy to include a special note for you as well, just let me know.
Will I receive a preview before you print?
To keep production times as fast as possible, I don’t send previews automatically. If I have a question or feel a layout adjustment would improve your personalization, I’ll reach out for clarification or approval.
♡ Proofs are always available upon request — just mention it in the “Notes to Seller” box at checkout. Please note that previews may add extra processing time.
How long will it take for my order to be made?
Most personalized items are made and ready to ship inside 3 business days after I have all the details I need. During busy holiday seasons, production times may be slightly longer - but I always work to ship as quickly as possible.
♡ If I start to get too busy, I always update my processing time - so the most accurate turnaround estimate will always be shown on each individual listing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every order is packaged beautifully and ready to gift in clear cello or a stationery box. If your order is shipping directly to the recipient, it will arrive wrapped in tissue or a paper gift bag, depending on the season. If you include a gift message at checkout, it will be printed on the packing slip included in the package.
♡ All gift packaging is complimentary.
If your order includes multiple personalized items, the entire order will be packaged together as one gift (not individually wrapped) unless we’ve discussed individual wrapping before your order was placed.
What if there’s a typo or mistake in my personalization?
I personalize each order exactly as the text is entered at checkout, so please double-check spelling, punctuation, and capitalization before submitting your order. Some designs include text transformations (like all lowercase, drop caps, or monogram formatting) that are shown in the listing images and described near the personalization box.
♡ If you notice an error after placing your order, message me right away — I’ll do my best to help if your item hasn’t been printed yet. Free reprints are provided if an error is made on my end, but not for customer typos or oversights.
When will my order ship, and how can I track it?
Once your order is printed and packaged, it ships via USPS with tracking included. You’ll receive an automatic email from Etsy with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
♡ Most orders arrive within a few business days once shipped, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS transit conditions.
♡ Shipping upgrades apply to transit speed only.
Can I make changes or cancel my order after purchasing?
♡ Because each item is made to order, I begin processing your design quickly to keep turnaround times fast. If you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out as soon as possible – I may be able to help if your order hasn’t yet been printed.
♡ Once printing has begun, orders can’t be canceled or changed.
♡ During high-volume times, printing may begin within an hour of purchase.
Can you make a custom design or special request?
♡ I love creating personalized designs! Many listings already include color, font, and layout options, but I’m happy to customize further when possible.
♡ If you have a specific idea in mind — like a new motif, header, or color combination — please message me before ordering so I can confirm availability and provide a quote if needed.
♡ Some requests may require additional design time or a custom listing.
♡ Please note that I’m unable to recreate copyrighted artwork, logos, or designs from other shops.
