What is your turn around time?
Because all of my items are made to order, processing times vary by product.
Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery section of each listing for the most up-to-date production and shipping estimates.
*If you need your order by a specific date, please send me a message before purchasing. Rush options may be available depending on my current production schedule.
**Please note that the personalization box is intended for personalization details only. Delivery requests entered in the personalization box may not be seen until production begins, so I always recommend contacting me directly with any timing questions before placing your order.
What if enter the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as all orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, I will contact you as soon as it arrives back at my workshop.
Once the address has been updated, a new shipping label will need to be purchased before the order can be reshipped and we will send you a link to purchase a new shipping label.
Please note that customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Do you offer proofs before making my order?
To keep processing times fast, I do not provide individual proofs prior to production.
Many of my listings include a font preview tool that allows you to see your personalization before purchasing.
Please review your personalization carefully before submitting your order, as items are created exactly as entered and are case sensitive.
If you have questions about sizing, font selection, or design options, feel free to contact me before placing your order.
Are Etsy's estimated "est" delivery dates guaranteed?
Etsy's AI automatically generates estimated "est" delivery dates using our processing time and the average amount of time shipping carriers typically take to deliver from our location to yours.
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, these dates are estimates which is why they say "est" and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers do not provide delivery guarantees, so neither Etsy nor our shop can guarantee an arrival date once a package has been shipped.
If you need your order by a specific date, please send us a message before purchasing so we can discuss your timeline.
Do you accept exchanges or returns on personalized items?
Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
However, if we make a mistake with your order, please contact us right away.
We take great pride in our work and will do everything we can to make it right.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we stand behind every item we create.
Do you accept order cancellations?
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Because personalized items often enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations requested after this time may not be possible.
What size sign should I order?
The best size depends on the space where your sign will be displayed. For nursery signs above a crib, most customers choose 30"–42". For over-bed signs, 36"–44" is typically recommended.
