I found a 3D print file on a website that I would like to have printed but I cannot do it myself. Will Moss Forge print it for me?
Unfortunately, we cannot print files from other websites or designers. All of our items are designed and created by us.
I would like promotional items for my business with my logo on them. Can you do this for me?

Do you use AI?
All of our designs are made by us through old fashion methods like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Solid Works.
If PLA is eco-friendly, how do I recycle it?
PLA is a Type 7 plastic and can be disposed of in your composting bin provided by your trash service.

Why is the red and purple glow in the dark not as bright as the green or blue?
Our eyes are more sensitive to green and blue colors, so they are easier to see. Please make sure to give the red and purple plenty of extra time and light to charge so they can glow their best! A UV lap will also make them glow brighter faster and for longer.
I need my item sooner. Can you do rush orders?
We can! The fee to skip the queue and rush your items is $10. Please message us for more details. Rush fee does not include upgraded shipping. Please review shipping options at checkout.
When will I get my order?
All of our products are made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships.
We ship orders twice a week: Tuesday and Friday. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Please note that orders placed after the shipping cutoff will ship on the next scheduled day.
