Frequently asked questions

Where is my order

All orders are posted as signed for deliveries so a tracking number will be provided in your dispatchemail.
If you miss your delivery a calling card will be left at your address and it will need to be collected from your local post office. It is the buyers responsibility to collect their parcel from the delivery office within the collection time (minimum of 14 days) I will not refund any items that are not collected.

Damaged in delivery

All items are checked and carefully packed. Sometimes due to movement in the post an item can become damaged. If this happens please contact with 24hours of receiving your item.
If I believe I am able to fix the problem you will be asked to return the item & postage will be refunded.
If it is unable to be repaired arrangements will be made to either refuned or send out new item. (Sellers descrestion)

Care instructions

All orders are hand painted, therefore there may be noticeable brush strokes.

Some colours are chalk based paint so a gentle wipe with a damp tissue/baby wipe will remove any chalk dust. (Please message if unsure)

Gift wrapping and packaging

If your order is marked as a gift it will be wrap in tissue paper.

If you have requested a gift note a hand written note will be included inside your parcel

Sizing details

Plaques-
Each plaque is hand cut to order and varies in lenght due to number of letters required. Please note only 1-2 names per plaque. Names +8 letters or 2 names will be done in smaller letters to ensure the length of the plaque is not too long If you wish to find out exact length of your plaque please ask.

Wall/toy box Letters-
Letters come in 2 different heights: 10cm & 15cm. Each letter varies in lenght.
Eg the letter 'I' is much smaller then 'M'. If order for a toy box please get in touch so I can help you choose the best size letter for you box.

Playing with items will lead to them being damaged. I will not fix any items weeks after they have arrived.

If there are any problems with your item on delivery please contact within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order this need to be made within 48 hours after purchase to qualify for a full refund.

Any changes to your order such as name change or size must also be done with 48 hours after purchase or an extra £3 charge will be required.
