The QR code created by the third party designer didn't quite turn out the way we needed it to. The Nat Effect was so great with swift attention to rectify this issue and let me return it and replace it for one that was exactly what I wanted. It was the perfect example of excellent customer service. I know that anything I need from them is guaranteed to be what I want and need. I'll always come back to work with them because they're so easy and wonderful to work with!

My new favorite hoodie EVER! I got to pick the design which was so fun. When it arrived it was even more perfect than I imagined. And most importantly SO SOFT. I'm 5'9" and the medium fit perfectly. I get compliments on it all the time.

I'm obsessed with having my chapstick on my person at all times. This is the BEST way to do it!! It's secure, not awkward in my pocket, and so cute! Plus, now my chapstick doesn't get ruined from rolling up or down like it would from sitting in my pocket all day. PLUS! This is my new favorite coffee cup! It’s the perfect size and perfectly matches my mood in the morning when I’m on that first, glorious cup of coffee, minding my own beeswax. The quality of the cup is excellent and the image printed on it seems like it will last for endless cups of coffee, even with daily runs through the dishwasher. Definitely recommend!! It would also make a great gift!

I love this little mushroom pop I got from The Nat Effect! It’s so soft and very well made, you can tell that a lot of care went into crafting this item! It’s also the perfect addition to sit next to my Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi plushies. I plan to get many more of these and gift some to friends and family, I can’t get over how cute they are!!
