Items came faster than some things I ordered from the US and these came from Greece! Seller was very responsive and was great to work with. I will be referring to everyone!

How to burn a candle?
• Always put a small amount of salt (or sugar) inside the hurricane candle, before you put in the tealight
• Place the candle in holder, on stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Even though the tealight is inside the hurricane candle, please keep the candles away from any flammable items.
• Do not go to sleep with a candle burning
• High temperatures can build up inside the hurricane lamp, so be careful when extinguishing the flame and removing a used tealight, and place the hurricane candle at least 10cm away from other candles
• Preferably, do not blow the tealight to extinguish the flame, as the wax may splatter.

What are the shipping times?
All candles are shipped from Kalamata, Greece using priority air mail and are ready for shipping in 3-5 days. Please state in the check out if you want shipment to a different address than the one used at Etsy. Shipping takes from 5 to 15 days, depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
How can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the product?
If you are not satisfied with the product, money is of course returned, provided that the item is returned unused. Please contact us on how to return the item. The buyer incurs the return shipping costs.
