Can I have a file re-sized?

Yes! There is a $3 re-sizing fee, our map prints we don't recommend going larger than 16x20 inches and all other prints we can do any sizing you'd like as long as it stays the same orientation as the print was originally. (we can't edit a vertically oriented print to be horizontal) Please contact us to set up a custom re-sized listing for you.

Are your print necklaces waterproof?

NO! Our necklaces are definitely not waterproof, the print will bleed and fade if the pendant gets wet. We suggest not wearing our pendants when swimming, showering, during the rain, or during any other water activity. Also, be careful when using a sink as well because they can accidentally go under the water stream.

We are not liable if your pendant gets wet and will not return your item.

Can I get a different verse or saying on one of your existing designs?

Absolutely! If you love one of our designs, but want a custom verse or saying on it please contact us! It will be an additional fee of $10 but we would be happy to do that for you.

Can I get a completely customized design?

Yes! The price will vary depending on the difficulty of the design but please contact us and let us know what your looking for and we will let you know if its a possibility.

Are your mugs dishwasher/microwave safe?

Microwave safe? Yes.
Dishwasher safe? I recommend hand washing, although they will most likely be fine in the dishwasher as long as you don't run them through it very often.

We are not liable for mugs that are ruined in the dishwasher.
