4 out of 5 starsTo be honest, a little disappointed. The print was slightly messy, like the words being not super clear/meshed together, not fully filled out, and the whole print being slightly asymmetrical? I swear none of the other review’s cases looked like mine from their pictures.. so maybe it’s just my typical luck! :/ But I’m sure I’ll be able to get over it lol, and it’s still a good & cool case. Would recommend.

The print is subtle, elegant, and goes with everything, so I can take it to work or even a more formal event without it looking over the top. The case feels very protective while only adding a little bit of weight, and it just feels really nice to hold. What made this experience even better was the customer service. They were so quick to respond and genuinely cared about making sure I got the best design possible. They gave honest advice about what would look best instead of just trying to make a sale, and I really appreciated that. What’s the difference between Slim, Tough, and MagSafe Tough Cases?

𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 – Lightweight and minimal, made for style and a sleek look. Does not cover the top and bottom edges completely (refer listing images). For looks only, not protection.
𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 – Dual-layer protection with a hard polycarbonate shell and TPU inner lining. More durable and protective for everyday use. ⚠️ Please note: Tough Case does not include MagSafe magnets.

Yes, all our cases support wireless charging when laid flat on a charging pad. However, only MagSafe Tough Cases and MagSafe Clear Cases include built-in magnets for full MagSafe compatibility. This means they’ll securely attach to MagSafe chargers, stands, and other magnetic accessories.

We strive to present the most accurate images possible. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different in real life due to variations in screen displays and the printing process (RGB vs CMYK).

If personalization is available, you will see a box on the listing page where you can enter your name, initials, or custom text (up to 10 characters).
- If this box is left blank, your case will be made with the default design only.
- For custom requests beyond the listed options, please message us after placing your order.
What happens if I enter the wrong phone model or address?
Please double-check your phone model and shipping address before placing the order.
Since there is no way for us to verify your address, we process and ship the order exactly as it is provided. If you contact us before the order goes into production or ships, we can usually make the change. After that, unfortunately, nothing can be done.
That said, if you ever face an issue, please still reach out and we’ll do our best to see what can be done.
What is your return and replacement policy?
Since each case is made to order (and personalized, if selected), we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with print/manufacturing issues, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with details, and we’ll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.
- Standard delivery in the US,UK and AUS usually takes 3–10 business days.
- International delivery can take 10–21 business days depending on customs and postal services.

How do I clean my phone case?
To clean your case:
- Use mild soap, water, and a soft cloth for best results.
Please avoid acetone, isopropyl alcohol, or harsh household cleaners (such as nail polish remover or disinfectant wipes). These chemicals can damage the design by causing discoloration, blurring, or cracking.
Which phone models are supported?
- iPhone: iPhone 17 (new), 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, X, and earlier models depending on availability.
- Samsung Galaxy: S25, S24, S23, S22, S21, S20, plus A-series and Z Flip/Fold models.
- Google Pixel: Pixel 10 (new), 9, 8, 7, 6, and earlier.
- OnePlus and Xiaomi: Available for select models. Please message us for availability.
