Is my purchase insured?

All purchases are fully insured. Please note that all purchases in excess of $250 will be shipped with signature confirmation service.

My item was damaged in the mail. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipment, please notify me immediately upon receipt of the parcel and I will provide you with information regarding filing a claim with USPS or with the shipping agent in question. Do not return items damaged in shipping before contacting me as doing so will void shipping insurance terms.

Please photograph the damaged item and all packing materials for insurance documentation purposes - multiple photos are recommended. Be sure to keep all the original packaging, as well as all pieces of the damaged item. USPS or the shipping agent in question will ask to examine the parcel when the claim is filed.
