As you know the box had multiple large red and white fragile stickers on the outside. I know how frustrating this is for you and I thank you for following the Etsy process and opening the case for them to review. I will continue to monitor for etsy's response and your refund will be submitted once they have made their determination. About 50% of my proceeds go to the care of rescued horses. I live in Louisville Ky the heart of Thoroughbred country and my horses as a huge part of my own life. There are constantly horses in great need in my area of medicine, care and new homes, and it brings me so much happiness and fulfillment to be able to help these angels in need.
