Gift wrapping and packaging

I offer gift wrapping and gift cards for a small additional cost. Please contact me and I will gladly accomodate your requests.

At The Peculiar Pelican we pride ourselves on using recycled products. We use recycled boxes and other packaging materials to keep our shipping costs down.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hour window a 15% cancellation fee may apply. Please read processing and item details carefully prior to ordering to avoid cancellation.

What to do if my items show delivered, but I did not receive them?

In the very rare occurance that your package shows delivered but you did not recieve your package from USPS, please contact me. I will work with you to contact your local PO to track down the package. If we are unable to locate the package, you must file a "stolen mail" affidavit through the USPS website. Once filed and I receive a copy of affidavit I will send out a replacement or refund ASAP. Please keep in mind that filing a false stolen mail affidavit is a crime and punishable by jail time.
