Custom and personalized orders
Your wish is our command, but these are the traditional monogramming order rules. Just keep in mind that we will monogram in the exact order you specify so if you would like your last name in the middle, be sure to type and submit your order in that manner.
Three Letter Monogram: First Initial, Last Initial, Middle Initial,
Married, Kept Maiden Name: First Initial, Married Last Initial, Maiden Initial
Hyphenated Last Name: First Initial, Initial After the Hyphen, Initial Before the Hyphen
Initial: First Initial
Package Delivery
Please note that if your address was entered incorrectly and the package was delivered to that wrong address we are unable to send out a replacement. You will need to submit a new order in order for us to do so. Please carefully check your shipping address before you hit submit!
If delivery was attempted at your location but ultimately returned to our address, you will need to pay again for shipping in order to have it re-sent.
