Excellent customer service, very detail oriented and top quality product! We were extremely happy with our parents custom 50th wedding anniversary party invitations. Nicci is amazing at what she does and we can't wait to use her service for our next party!

The artwork is excellent on this piece. It takes ink well, even in the very fine, intricate lines. I'm quite pleased!

I dream in paper.

I am married to a super-supportive man who is also a total computer geek. When he isn't designing apps, programming websites, and being the best daddy EVER, Kyle plays MTG and bowls a mean game. Kyle can make the best chocolate chip cookies — from scratch!

In my free time {HA!} I love painting rooms in our house, making decor projects from Pinterest, making Isla giggle, and going for walks {only if the weather is REALLY nice}. I love animals and have lots of them. Lucy is an 80-pound lapdog golden retriever. She loves strangers. Marley is a loyal chow-chow-golden-retriever mix. Marley hates thunderstorms, rain, wind, and power tools, but loves snow! We also recently adopted the {CUTEST} little kitten in the whole world, Em Dash. You can see her pretty face on our Facebook page.

We live in West Lafayette, Indiana near Purdue's campus (Boiler up!). We had the most adorable baby girl, Isla Christine, during the hot hot summer of 2012, and have been laughing ever since. Isla was a huge inspiration in opening my shop. She is so funny, energetic, and she really grows WAY too fast.

I opened Paper Street Press in 2012 because I wanted to share my shower and birth announcements that I created for my little bundle of joy. In order to create a more targeted experience for my sellers, I opened the Paper Mango in 2014.

Life is about the things you create, and who you create them with. I create unique pieces that set the tone for an event or freeze a moment in time. I help spread the love! I love print. I think paper is sexy. The concept of receiving a paper goods in the mail is an intimate exchange that should be cherished. I think that print is more important than ever, not despite living in a digital world, but because we live in a digital world.

A lot of my designs were custom-designed from scratch for friends, family, and other people who were looking for something special.

The beginning stages of a design begins with researching trends (thank you, Pinterest!), seeing what color schemes are really popular, combing through my {MASSIVE} font library, and/or implementing something that I've been chewing on for awhile (couldn't wait to create that mini accordion fold holiday card!).

Once I have a good idea for the format and design, I usually skip sketching, and go straight to the computer. The magic happens with the typography. Most of my designs are inspired by type, and this is typically where I start. Once I start, I really get focused, and hours can pass without even realizing it. This is called design nirvana, and if I can get here at least once a week, I am happy.

Once I have something pretty good, and I feel like I could stop, and send it to you, I keep working on it. I add little flourishes, dots, lines, extra space here, maybe a line break here. I really want it to be perfect before I show you guys.

Next, I wait to see what you think. Most of the time, you are really blown away, but usually there are a few things you would like to change, and from there, we'll work together to create something that really makes you happy and proud when they look at it. It's an honor to work with you to make invitations and paper goods that make their way into the homes of your closest friends and family.

Once the design has been perfected, I'll send the printable DIY file to you, or I'll send them to print. When preparing the files for delivery or printing, I create a high-resolution file. Yes, the file is huge, and takes forever to download, but it will be worth it in the end!

If you have ordered printed cards, I utilize a professional print shop that is employee-owned, earth-conscious, and based right in the heart of the US. They employ state-of-the-art technology for digital printing, they recycle, conserve energy, and they have teamed up with Trees Water & People to support their Reforestation Program. Nearly 4,000 seedlings have been planted! Once your file has been received, it is reviewed by three pre-press experts before printing. With digital printing, plates do not need to be created. Because there is no plate, there is no by-product waste from creating a plate or the waste of the plate itself. Plus, digital is fast! Your design will be printed promptly using non-toxic dry inks on paper that has been approved by the Forrest Stewardship Council of the US. Once your cards are printed, they are inspected for quality, wrapped for moisture protection, and carefully packaged. Then they are shipped to you via freight or plane; printed joy right to your front door! Now, isn't that something?

I am a mama and wife who LOVES making things for people. Growing up on a gravel road in Indiana, I never thought I could reach so many through my designs.

I am helping Nicci this summer by creating proofs for clients so that she has more time to spend designing new items.

I handle all things numbers and serve as a web guru. I fix Nicci's e-mail when it breaks, and I help out around tax time. I respond to convos if Nicci is driving, and I have been known to mail a package or two. Or three.

I am in charge of playtime and breaks. I like eating fruit, playing dress up, reading books, and eating fruit. I am the reason my mom does what she does.

    Lap Warmer

I relieve stress, increase office morale, and make sure Nicci isn't taking herself {TOO} seriously.

  • Lucy

I ride along with Nicci and Marley to the post office. This is a picture of me doing one of my most favorite things: riding in the convertible in the summer.

I also enjoy rides to the post office. I am in charge of breaks. My main aspiration in life is to catch a bird. Or a chipmunk.

♥ No proofs will be delivered before a listing has been purchased. We do this for many reasons. Primarily, this is out of fairness to our clients who have purchased a listing and are waiting on a proof. Your purchase ensures that your project will get all the attention it deserves.

♥ Custom Fees
If you are looking to really make your invitations extra special, we can go above and beyond the design you have chosen. You may change the font, choose an element that is featured on another design (like a different rsvp card), change the size of a piece, or add more unique details and graphics for an additional custom fee of $5 per change. You'll be notified of any requests that would require a custom fee in advance.

♥ Made From Scratch
Looking for a made-from-scratch design, just for you? Send us the details of your project, and we will send an estimate. We love custom orders! Please allow additional time for custom work.

♥ Please Respond
Please respond to proofs in a timely manner. If I don't hear back from you within six months, your order will be marked as shipped. I'll do my best best to reach out after two months of no contact.
Please confirm that the shipping address you enter via Etsy (not Paypal) is correct. I will not be held liable for products shipped to the incorrect shipping address. I will do my diligence by confirming your shipping address before the product is shipped, but please be very careful by ensuring the shipping address is up to date.

You can also track your items via Etsy by going to Your Account (upper right-hand corner) > Purchases.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot stress enough the importance of proofing before sending to print. I will not offer refunds for spelling errors or typos.

I will not offer refunds for fuzzy or pixelated photos. I will let you know if your photos are low resolution. Please send high resolution photos to ensure a quality print.

My print shop will reproduce your colors as closely as possible, but even under the best circumstances, an exact color match is not possible. This is an inherent limitation in the printing process.

The artwork, as it appears on your computer screen, is almost certainly not accurate since every computer screen renders color differently. An on-screen proof cannot match the color or density of a printed piece. Even different programs on the same computer can render color differently. By placing an order with the Paper Mango, you agree to this natural limitation.

For these reasons, we cannot be responsible for color variations between the proof you see on your computer monitor and the final printed piece. If color is critical, you should request a hard proof, which will represent the output you can expect very closely.

Due to the custom nature of my designs, I am not able to offer refunds on PDF files. Once you have approved a printable design, you will be sent (via Etsy messages) a link to download the folder with the files. You may forward this link to your print shop. By default, your files will be high-resolution CMYK pdf that have 1/8" inch bleeds and trim marks; specifications required by most print shops in the US. (I am happy to adjust specifications as needed). I cannot, however, guarantee the quality of prints from other shops or print vendors. Only prints from Paper Mango are guaranteed.

For printable designs, any changes requested after you have approved the proof and the final files have been delivered are subject to an additional charge of $5 each.

Double-sided printing is NOT achievable at home.

If, in the rare instance items are damaged or lost in the mail, your order will be refunded, or our cards will be reprinted and shipped to you. We are sure you will love Paper Mango prints. If for any reason, you are not, we will offer a full refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
How does this whole thing work? If you are new to buying on Etsy, I have provided some steps to walk you though.

1. Purchase the listing via Etsy or request a custom listing.

2. Send us your content! Please send original photographs in any format as long as they are high resolution to hello [!at] As a general rule of thumb, high resolution photographs are typically larger than 5 MB. Any color effects and blemish removal can be done upon request free of charge.

(Oh! And by submitting photos to us, you agree that you are either the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder to use the photos. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree not to hold us responsible for any misuse of copyrighted images.)

3. We will then work our magic, and send you a proof via Etsy messages within the amount of time listed below. (Don't send this to print!).

4. Once you approve the design, a link to download the print-ready pdf will be sent to you (via Etsy messages and e-mail), or the design will be sent to print, and you will receive shipping notification as soon as they ship.

5. Impress all your friends with your custom design and wait for the compliments to come rolling in. Feel free to post to your social sites like Facebook and Pinterest.

We may show off your custom design by featuring it on Etsy. I will not display your personal contact information in these images, but please let us know in advance if you prefer that your designs are kept private.
