Hi there! We’re Gaby & Ivan, and we’re just thrilled that you’re visiting our small shop. Please, make yourself at home, pour yourself some tea (or coffee), and let’s get to designing your custom piece!
Now that you know what we look like, you can picture us as you ask us any question. Usually, Gaby is hard at work at our shared desk. Me? Well, I’m the one typing this. Can we call that work? … Let’s call it work, we’re both hard at work.
Ok, silliness aside, please do contact us for any idea or question. We try to keep our FAQ section as current as possible, but if you can’t find an answer there, the best way to reach us is by sending us a direct message.
That being said, please know we will do our absolute best to make sure you are satisfied with our service. My beautiful wife creates all the designs herself, and I’ve seen her take time and attention with every piece that we send out.
I, on the other hand, don’t have a designer’s bone in my body, but I do all the technical work and this and that. Hopefully, I’ll get to chat with you, and answer some of your questions.
