Color/Sizing Details
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, RIBBON IS SOLD BY THE YARD.
All ribbon is custom cut at time of order. We cut all ribbon orders to the length ordered whenever possible.
If you need an exact color match, we recommend ordering what you need at one time. Dye lots can vary from roll to roll.
Are full rolls of ribbon available?
We may have full rolls available. Please email us for information.
Full rolls are not guaranteed to be continuous.
What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
We make every effort to double check each order and check off each item as it is packaged, however, we are human. In the event we have sent an incorrect item, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are custom cut. Custom embossed bags are NOT refundable.
ALL RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
How many yards of ribbon do I need for a wreath bow?
For those looking to create bows for wreaths, we recommend a minimum of 3 yards.
Do you drop ship?
We DO NOT accept drop shipped orders. If we suspect an order is being drop shipped we will cancel the order.
