Once you place an order for a custom/personalized sign, our system automatically sends you a link (to your email) to create your sign using our custom designer. Once you submit your design, we will do the rest! Please be sure to review your design for mistakes/changes before placing your order. Due to our high order volume, we do not provide proofs. If you need to make changes to your design, prior to completion, please reach out asap to see if we have not processed the order. If the design is not submitted by the time your order comes due, we will send an email to follow up, if we dot receive a response, we will cancel the order with a 20% restocking fee.

Mulberry Market Designs does not offer returns for any reason other than a damaged or defective sign. All signs are each handmade to order. If for any reason there is a problem with your sign, we would be happy to help! We require a picture of the entire sign and clear images of any defects or problems. We urge you to inspect your sign as soon as you receive it to ensure it arrived in perfect condition.

LEAD TIMES

Please read our lead times before ordering. Most items ship within 5-7 business days.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELATION POLICY

We accept cancellations (or changes to your order) within 2 business days, as long as your order has not been completed or shipped. We ship orders very quickly, so cancellations or changes are not always possible. Any order requiring a cancellation after 2 business days will incur a 20% restocking fee.

SHIPPING

If for any reason your order is time sensitive, please let us know in a message (prior to ordering). We can accommodate most rush orders, but sometimes our workload is very heavy and we cannot say yes to them all. Please note: purchasing expedited shipping only expedites the shipping, not for us to rush order your order. Your order must be approved as a rush order by our team, in order to be sent ahead of schedule.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

We hate when mistakes happen or something arrives damaged, but we happily want to make it right for you, so please reach out to us (BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW, OR OPENING A CASE) That way we can promptly handle any issues or mistakes, and ensure you are very satisfied with your order and the resolution to your problem. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or late packages, but we will do our very best to help however we can! If you have had packages lost or stolen before to your address, we recommend adding insurance to your order. Please read our shop hours listed above to be aware of our response times. If you email regarding an issue from Friday evening through the weekend, please be patient for a response by Monday.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

You can check a shipping quote by visiting the listing you like and inputting your state/country. We are happy to provide quotes too, if your shipping price ever seems too high. Please keep in mind that UK and Canadian orders can incur customs fees.
