How long does it take to process and ship party supplies?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
Shipping times:
• USPS Priority Mail shipping generally takes 2-4 days
• USPS Priority Mail Express shipping generally takes 1-2 days
• USPS Ground Advantage shipping generally takes 3-6 days
• USPS Priority Mail International shipping generally takes 1-2 weeks
• USPS Priority Mail Express International shipping generally takes 3-5 days
• USPS First Class International Package shipping generally takes 2-6 weeks depending on destination
These USPS shipping guidelines are not guaranteed, so we are not responsible if the order does not arrive in that time frame.
Do you accept returns on party supplies?
We hope you are happy with your party goods, but if the products you purchase don't work out, you can return them to us for a refund.
We will issue a refund for returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Clearance items, custom products, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sales and are not eligible for return.
All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging/form.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund the original shipping costs.

How do I know if the color(s) in product photo will be close to the actual product?
Please note that the actual product color may vary slightly from the photo in the listing because of differences in computer monitors, lighting and even product dye lots. We do our best to coordinate our products and printable party packages for you but cannot guarantee an exact match. Please convo us if you have any questions about matching products. We are happy to send actual photos if needed.
Why does shipping cost this much?
The Etsy shipping calculator is just an estimate based on the size and weight of the products once packaged. It is not always accurate when multiple items are added to the package.
If you would like a more accurate shipping estimate, please let us know which products you would like to purchase, the quantity of each, and the zip code for shipping.
We do refund any overages between the Etsy estimate charged and the actual shipping costs once packaged.
We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. Items ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority depending on the weight of the packaged items. Upgraded shipping such as USPS Priority Express, Delivery Confirmation, and Shipsurance Insurance are additional costs.
Can I add items to an order I have already placed?
We process and package our orders quickly, so please contact us immediately to see if the order is still in process. If so, then we would be happy to add to the order. It is possible that the order is already packaged for shipping and then we would not be able to add to that package. You will then have to place another order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if the order has not been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to pull the shipment and refund the purchase.
What if I gave you the wrong address for shipping?
Please let us know of changes as soon as possible. After the package has been processed and delivered to the carrier, we will be unable to make any changes. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipment on packages returned to us due to incorrect address reship at the customer's cost.
How do I check on the status of my order or track once shipped?
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once the order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided when the order was placed. If you cannot find the shipping email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk file before contacting us for status.
What if the tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I never received it?
If your order status indicates Delivered, but you can’t locate the package, it’s possible the carrier marked it delivered by accident. Carriers typically resolve this error within a day or two. Meanwhile, we recommend the following:
• Check around the property and with all household members to ensure they did not accept the package.
• Check with your neighbors to see if the package may have been delivered there.
• If you live in an apartment complex, please get in touch with your building manager to see if they are holding your package at their office.
• Call your local post office with the tracking number and ask if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online.
What if my package arrived and an item was incorrect or missing?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll ship out the correct items immediately, along with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item if necessary. Please let us know what you ordered and what you received in its place.
If you ordered an item in error, we will be happy to exchange for the correct item. The return shipping costs and exchange item shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
