3 out of 5 stars👍🏼He was very encouraging during design phase. 👍🏼 And he made a good product. 👎🏼 But communication broke down as the deadline arrived 👎🏼and completion/delivery could have been more prompt.

5 out of 5 starsThe Good: the patch is perfect, exactly what I needed. The Bad: took a while to arrive, longer than it should have. Communication was spotty at best. The Ugly: seller said he sent two patches, presumably to make up for The Bad, but only one patch arrived. I did, however, get what I payed for.
