Welcome to The Pattern Shack. It's a humble little place where I sell patterns, craft books and supplies(that I probably bought and won't have the time to use in my lifetime)
There will be a lot to see here so grab a cup of green tea(healthy) and a couple of Oreos(not so healthy, but oh so good) and enjoy your stay here. Visit often, enjoy the stay.

Please visit my other shop, The Stitchin' Coop at www.thestitchincoop.etsy.com where I sell all of my handcrafted items. I carry hand stitched pillows, pin cusions, candle mats, needle books and some really awsome one of a kind items. I have also added PDF embroidery patterns that can be downloaded instantly.

Returns and exchanges

All items have the option of being shipped with insurance. Insurance allows you to claim any damage or undelivered items. I do not refund money if items do not reach you. Please request insurance to guarantee items.

Please contact me if there is a need to return/exchange an item. We will work out a plan suitable to both of us.

Payment

I accept money orders, PayPal and Direct check-out. You can make a secure payment through PayPal using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or your personal PayPal account.

Payment must be received within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Money orders must be received within 10 days of purchase. Please note that items will not be shipped until payment is cleared.

Shipping

Items are shipped from the United States to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Everywhere Else. I ship USPS first class, priority or possibly media mail for books, which is a slower but a less expensive option. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase and I will send a confirmation email once I ship. Please allow 7-10 days for arrival. If you need the item sooner please contact me prior to shipping.

If you are purchasing more than two patterns at the same time please contact me and I will work out the best shipping cost.
