Custom and personalized orders
I typically try my hardest to get all orders shipped out by Friday: However, sometimes that doesn't go as planned. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday those orders, will likely ship on Monday.
What is the turnaround time if I place an order today ?
My current processing time is 2-7 business days, EXCLUDING weekends. I work around the clock daily, and try to always beat the 7 (SEVEN) day timeframe; However, do keep in mind that sometimes, I will need the entire (7) days depending on my workload.
Can you do a custom order, that isn't listed in your shop?
Chances are absolutely I can; To get started simply send us a message on what specifically you're wanting, and let's get started. I can send you a preview beforehand, and let you know of charges; if you APPROVE; I will list the item in our Etsy Shop, and you can then complete the purchase from there.
If I ask you to do Custom work for me, Will it only be available for me? Or can others purchase it also ?
No, unfortunately the amount of time it takes for me to design and create a custom order and sell only once, doesn't justify the time I've invested, so I will list publicly for others to purchase it also. If, that will be a problem for you, please let me know, and I can arrange to sell it to only you, with additional fees applied to compensate, my time spent on designing, labor, etc.
