Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my order after work has begun on my item?
No. Once we have begun working on your order and/or have submitted a proof of the design of your personalised item for your approval, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Custom and personalised orders
Order Issue Policy:
If there is a problem with your order (including missing, damaged, or incorrect items), you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we are unable to assist with replacements, refunds, or corrections. To report an issue, please contact us and include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Can you reprint the deck of cards after I have received them?
Your photos are stored for up to 7 days after dispatch to allow for any order issues. After this period, the photos are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.
Production times
Our opening times are Mon - Friday 8am-6pm & Saturdays 9-12pm.
Refunds
We aim to ensure all customers are happy with their purchase and will always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
Please note that not all items are eligible for a refund. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis depending on the nature of the issue and the individual circumstances of the order.
Where a refund is approved and issued, please allow up to 72 hours for the funds to appear back in the original payment account used at checkout. In some cases, the refund may appear sooner depending on your bank or payment provider.
