What is your current turnaround time?

Current turnaround time for your handmade clothing item(s) 1-3 business days. But to check for specific turnaround time, check out each listing individually.

This timeline is from when you order to when we put your item(s) in the mail and does not include shipping time. weeks. Please allow extra time around the holidays

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We can add names, dates, or even do completely custom work. Currently, our complete custom design work is closed due to order volume.

Wholesale availability

How can I rush my order?

Currently, we are not offering rush options, but our overall turnaround time (especially for our printed garments) is super fast.

How long does it take to respond to my convo?

We try our best to answer convos as quickly as possible. We answer them in the order in which they are received, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response, as we do our printing/designing during the day. We answer convos Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, and sporadically during the weekends. Please allow until the following Monday for a response if you have sent us a convo over the weekend, as we dedicate weekends to family. Thank you!

How can I check the status of my order?

Each piece we make is handmade to order by us! Our current production time is 1-2 weeks (not including weekends and holidays). If you have a custom order, it could take a little longer for us to design it for you.

Other Various Policies

Resale: We do not consent to, or allow, any of our goods (blankets, tees, etc.) to be resold in any form for business purposes - this includes seamstresses using blankets to resell for fabric, etc.. Any person found doing so will have their orders cancelled immediately.

Lost packages: Once we fulfill an item and provide tracking, the item and delivery is out of our hands. Occasionally packages get lost or delayed via USPS. We are not responsible for lost items or items marked delivered. That being said, if it is possible for us to offer a replacement, we may offer that option on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds on lost packages.
