Help me stay retired!!
My husband calls me his "live in", and insinuates that I need to get a job at some point. I say I'm retired! lol. Help me stay retired by purchasing some really cool and unique pixel art! Really, though, I'm a stay at home mom and so grateful to be able to help my family financially while also being there for my daughter.
I am always looking for new & interesting ways to fill my days. I taught myself how to knit and enjoyed creating personalized gifts for family and friends. Then my husband and I attended a video game convention and came across people selling sprite art. We both instantly realized that I could do that!! I immediately bought supplies, made my first sprite, and became hooked. I love that I can combine my creativity with my lifelong love of video games (from my Nintendo & Super Nintendo as a kid, to my current playing on the PC). While I love Mario, I also try to pick games that get a little less mainstream attention but a lot more passion - such as Day of the Tentacle and Zombies Ate My Neighbors.
