I'm a lifelong problem solver — the person in every room who finds what's broken and figures out how to fix it. I've spent decades doing that for businesses, for systems, for other people's emergencies. But when my own parents started needing more support than I knew how to organize, I realized there was no tool that actually helped families navigate what that feels like from the inside.
