I needed bridesmaid dresses as an emergency (had a nightmare with 2 out of 10 of mine 🤦♀️) and after messaging Amy she sent me a personal order listing so it was easy for me to order/pay for 2 customised dresses, had them made and sent out within just a few days. Honestly cannot thank Amy enough, made up. Will be sure to send pictures in a few days when its my wedding! xxx

How long does my order to take to complete
All dresses are handmade to order, I aim to have the dresses out as soon as I can. Please see product description for the availability.
My waiting time is roughly 5-9 weeks.
All orders are now given a specific date in which they will be made/sent. Please feel free to specify a date you’d like them by or drop a message to discuss.
Refunds and returns
Returns/Refunds are accepted only if the dress is faulty, you have 14 days from receiving your order to state any issues.
I do highly recommend ordering a colour swatch if you are trying to match a colour/shade before purchasing a dress to make sure it is the right colour for you as I do not accept returns on dresses if they are the wrong colour.
Sample dress - please only purchase 1 dress as a sample, these are still hand made specifically for you. You have 28days to return the dress if it is not what your after, please send a message to let me know and a refund will be issued once the dress has been sent back, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Dresses which have been custom made or altered can not be returned/refunded.
Care instructions
I would recommend a cool hand wash or 30 degree wash.
To dry either let it dry naturally or on a very low heat in the dryer.
Delivery to the EU
For 1-2 dresses please select the delivery category EVERYWHERE ELSE.
If you are purchasing 3-7 dresses please select your country for courier.
Please include your mobile number and email for customs. Please keep an eye on custom emails as any charges/fees are to be covered by the customer.

SAMPLE DRESS
For a dress for all your bridesmaids to try on before purchasing the full bridal party please make sure you have ordered colour swatch to make sure your happy with the colour/fabric. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOUR WANTING TO ORDER A SAMPLE DRESS AND LEAD TIMES.
You can purchase one dress, this is made to order for you and if your happy with this you keep the dress and order the others. If not you have 21 days to send back for a refund.

Length alterations
I am happy to make the dresses to length, this is the measurement for the small of the waist down, I do recommend ordering one dress to begin with so you can see the dress on your bridesmaids.
Dresses made to length - if they are too long/short please get in touch within 14 days, as I am not the one taking the measurements and cannot ensure they were measured correctly these can not be refunded and if needing further alterations I am happy to do this but WILL NOT pay for a seamstress to alter.
