Custom and personalized orders

All items are ready to ship (between 1-3 business days)
If you order 2 or more items, I can combine shipping & mail them in one box(if they fit and will not break) I will refund any shipping overages of $1.00

I accept returns. They must be in the original condition that they were sent to you and you must contact me within 7 days after you receive your order. You are responsible for shipping costs back to me.
If I made an error on my part, I will refund all costs(including shipping)

I sometimes use recycled , clean sturdy, boxes to keep the costs down for us all. If you want a brand new one, please ask.

Please make sure that your mailing address is up to date. I sometimes mail a package on the same day..
