Digital downloads are disabled in the Etsy App.
To find your purchase, login to Etsy via the Etsy website and go to your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Go to respective purchase > and click on the download your items button.

Do you edit or add my information to the form(s)?
No. Customization services are to be negotiated prior to purchase and are not free.
Can I get a refund?
As per ETSY policies no refund will be given for digital products. I can not go against ETSY policies. Digital products can't be revoked or returned.
