Are your templates editable?
It depends on the product. Some PDFs are fillable, some are designed for printing or tablet annotation, and spreadsheets are editable in Excel or Google Sheets when stated. Each listing identifies the exact file type and editing options before purchase.
What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a digital product delivered through Etsy. No physical item will be shipped. Each listing explains the included files, formats, page count, and any required software.
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
I'm not currently offering custom or personalized orders. If you have a product request or need help choosing the right resource, send me a message through Etsy.
What can I use my purchase for?
Your purchase includes a limited license for use in your own rental-property or property-management business. You may make working copies for properties you own or manage. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, publish for public access, or use the files, designs, layouts, or written content to create products for sale. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because these are digital products available immediately after purchase, I generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If a file is missing, damaged, or does not work as described, message me through Etsy and I'll help resolve it.
What if I need help with my purchase?
Message me through Etsy with your order number and the product name. I can help with downloads, ZIP files, file access, and questions about the included formats.
Are these legal documents or legal advice?
No. The Property Paper Co. provides general organizational, recordkeeping, communication, and business-use templates for landlords and property managers. Products are not legal advice and may not meet the requirements of every state, city, property type, or situation. Review applicable laws and adapt documents as needed. I didn't receive my files. What should I do?
Digital purchases cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app. Sign in to Etsy.com in a mobile browser or on a computer, then go to Your account → Purchases → Download Files. You can also use the link in Etsy's purchase email. If the files still are not available, message me through Etsy.
How do I open a ZIP file? Do I need special software?
On a computer, double-click the ZIP file or right-click it and choose Extract. On a phone or tablet, use your device's file manager or a compatible unzip app. After extracting the folder, open the files with the software listed in the product description. Remember that Etsy digital purchases must be downloaded from Etsy.com in a browser, not through the Etsy app.
