I was breathless when I opened the box. The doll is absolutely magnificent, perfectly crafted down to the smallest detail. François is a true artist, with incredible talent. The packaging was extremely neat and very well protected, with egg carton-type padding that perfectly secured the item during transport. I am truly impressed by the quality of the work and service. I will undoubtedly place further orders with them in the future.
