What happens if I entered a wrong delivery address?
We are happy to update it as long as we haven't dispatched the item, once it's been sent we cannot make any changes to the address. Unfortunately, we won't be able to give you a refund if you didn't receive the item if you entered the wrong address and didn't inform us before dispatch.

I didn't receive my item, what can I do?
We will be happy to assist you and help you locate your order, if your item is lost in the mail we will be able to offer you a refund after we file a complaint to our delivery service. Normally a package is considered to be lost if it's has been 15-30 working days and it was not delivered to the recipient.
