Why is my order still in Pre-Transit?
It's possible that my local post office did not get the package in. However, packages are frequently scanned at the regional facility, so we recommend checking back in 24 hours for potential updates. If there's no movement after 3-4 days from the drop-off date, please reach out to us. We'll promptly initiate a case with USPS.
We've noticed that requesting a text/email update often "jumpstarts" the tracking system, which will provide you with the latest shipment progress.
