Shipping Details
We offer Free US shipping for most of our items. Free shipping is offered at the lowest rate possible through USPS. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days and with free shipping and can take an additional 2-6 days in transit.
During heavy ordering times such as holidays processing can take longer than 5 business days. Make sure to check our Shop Announcements for any updates to processing times.
Should you need a faster method please select the Expedited option during checkout which will upgrade your order to Priority Mail. This does not speed up production of your package. It just ensures you are getting a faster shipping service. At this time we do not offer Overnight or Express shipping options.
My order was shipped to the wrong address. What should I do?
You as the buyer are required to provide us with accurate shipping information. We can only ship to the address provided on the order. If the order is shipped to the address provided and returned to us as undeliverable we do charge a $3 processing fee in addition to actual retail shipping rates PER package returned.
For example you order a sign that weighs 10 oz and is offered to you with free shipping and it is returned to us. You will be charged $3 + the then current retail shipping rate for 10 oz through the USPS to have it resent to you. We do not offer free shipping as an option for misdirected packages due to misinformation. We only offer free shipping once per package.
I need to change my shipping address!
We can only ship to the address that is provided to us during checkout. If you send us an email immediately following your order placement and let us know of an address error we will cancel and refund the order to you so that you can place the order with the correct address. This keeps it simple and ensures that we do not ship the item to the wrong address or the address change is not overlooked.
If you wait longer than 12 hours to let us know of a change to the address we cannot make any corrections. We try to process orders quickly and we can only ship to the address that is provided on the order. There are no refunds or cancellations if the order is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided to us.
