30 Day Return Or Exchange Policy
The Ring Crafer will accept returns only within 30 days from the day we ship your Merchandise. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange, and must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration to return jewelry.
We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent; otherwise shipping charges are non-refundable
Please inspect the Jewelry Merchandise immediately after delivery of the product. Any discovery of defects or problems with the Jewelry Merchandise must be reported before the usage of the Jewelry Merchandise and within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise warranty coverage will cover the defects or malfunctions.
