Welcome to S&C Home Decor – where every piece is proudly made by a small team of real people (not robots!) in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside.
We’re Sammy and Charles, the husband and wife duo behind the sparks and ideas, and we kicked things off in 2020 with a shared love of countryside living, creative chaos, and rustic design. The name S&C originally stood for Style & Country – and while it’s been shortened over time, those two words still perfectly capture the heart of everything we do... and obviously Sammy & Charles aswell :)
Our workshops sit on the outskirts of the little village of Cholesbury – surrounded by rolling fields, muddy boots, and the occasional tractor rumbling past. It’s not unusual for a delivery van to be held up by a flock of sheep! But we wouldn’t have it any other way. This rural setting inspires so much of our work – from corten steel wall art and wildlife-themed garden gifts to big, bold outdoor sculptures that make a statement (and sometimes stop the neighbour’s dog in its tracks).
We don’t outsource. We don’t mass-produce. Each item is designed, cut, finished, and packed by us and our lovely little team, right here on site. Whether it’s a thoughtful paw print memorial for a beloved pet, a quirky chicken sign to liven up your garden gate, or a dramatic sculpture destined for a sprawling lawn – it’s all been made with care, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of character.
We’re proud to be a small UK business that believes in keeping things personal, practical, and properly well made. When you shop with us, you’re supporting a handful of creatives, covered in rust and usually clutching a mug of tea, who genuinely love what we do.
