Payment
At The Sample you can pay by Credit Card, Paypal and Etsy gift certificated. Payment is due within 5 business days after order – otherwise the product will be re-listed. If you change your mind about the order you can cancel it within this period.
Customers are responsible for any additional cost (for customs, taxes etc.) assessed in their home country. Please read up on your domestic tariff and import regulations prior to your purchase.

Shipping
The articles will be sent within the time listed on the articles page after receipt of payment. All items will be shipped to the address that is passed on to me by Etsy.
Currently all products are shipped with Deutsche Post. For international orders, I ship with a tracking number, so that you can monitor all the steps of the shipping process.
The Sample is not responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not picked up, packages lost during transit if provided shipping/delivery address information is incorrect or international customs issues.
However, if you do not receive your purchased items within 4 weeks, please contact me so we can work out a solution.
