Abbiamo aspettato per vedere se sarebbe arrivata, ma dopo un po' di tempo, la venditrice ne ha fatta una nuova e ha insistito per farsi carico delle spese. È rimasta in contatto con me per tutto il tempo. Un servizio clienti davvero eccellente. L'ha realizzata esattamente come l'avevo richiesta.

5 su 5 stelleThe hat is a 10/10. I had the opportunity to wear it today due to a cold snap that rolled in for the next couple of days. It is high quality in both materials, construction, and fit. I couldn’t be happier with it! Also, the seller was very responsive to an issue I had where an old address somehow popped in for the shipping address. I didn’t notice until after making the purchase. I messaged and they replied super quick (and in a very kind way too). The hat made to me very fast and to my correct address. I could not have had a better experience! 👍👍👍
