Due to some issues, my order didn't ship out right away. Since my girlfriend and I are moving I decided to ask for a refund. As an apology, not only was I issued the refund no questions asked, I was still sent the item (and an extra) along with a hand-written apology. So far, when using this site, in my experience this level of service and honesty is rare. The items themselves are of great quality too; I think the asking price is more than fair. Through absolutely no fault of their's, the seller (Maddie) never received any notifications about my order or lack of delivery. To correct this not only did they refund me but also sent the item AND a second pin. Gotta love Rocky Horror/Shock Treatment Fam. 10/10 will buy again!!!
