Washing instructions:
We do not recommend drying embroidery items.
Wash on cold, add color catchers (sheets found in any grocery store by laundry) to wash to avoid any thread bleeding, hang to dry.

Stain removal: We find that a healthy saturation of dawn soap (handwash after sitting) + spray oxiclean after dawn treatment removes stains best. This process and washing may be done up to three times for stain removal depending on the stain.

PERSONALIZED QUILTS: up to 10-14 business days. Please allow TWO WEEKS for processing, not including weekends or holidays. Although we do try to get orders out before our given two-week deadline.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages (porch pirating), if the package has a status of “DELIVERED” by UPS OR FEDEX tracking system.
