Is this a digital or physical product?
The Size Shift sells both digital downloads and selected physical products. Please check each listing carefully before purchase. Digital products are downloaded through Etsy. Physical products are made and shipped by a print-on-demand production partner.
How do I get my digital files?
After purchase, digital files will be available to download through Etsy once payment is confirmed. Nothing will be posted for digital download items.
How are physical products shipped?
Physical products are made to order and shipped by a production partner. Processing and delivery times will be shown on each individual listing.
Do you accept returns?
Digital downloads cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once downloaded.
For physical print-on-demand products, returns or exchanges are only available if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please check sizing, colours, and product details carefully before ordering.
What if my physical item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact the shop with photos of the issue and the packaging, and I’ll help resolve it with the production partner.
