DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

For defective OR wrong items, take photos & email me within 3 days of delivery WITH the photos attached. I will need photos to prove your claim.


EXCHANGES

I do not offer exchanges. You may reorder your preferred item at your expense.

REFUNDS

I do not process refunds. Read the description before buying.

LOST/ STOLEN/ DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is not delivered within 7 business days AFTER receiving a shipping notification, contact me immediately.

If a missing item shows as "delivered", contact your local post office and file a claim. I have no control over the PO and deliveries. I will not be held financially responsible for stolen or lost packages. You'll have to place a new order.

MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT!

I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Once an order is fulfilled and sent we cannot do anything about it. You will have to place a new order.

Fulfillment & Processing times will be delayed during pandemics, inclement weather, strikes, etc.

Fulfillment Times & Shipping Speeds are indicated in listing descriptions.

Holiday Shipping deadlines will be noted on the listing. We cannot guarantee timely shipping if deadlines are not followed.

RUSH SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE

I don't ship to PO BOXES. I can't guarantee the order will be shipped using a courier that can deliver to the PO Boxes.

Couriers may leave a notice to pick up your item by a specific date, if you are not available.

It may also be returned to sender. If returned, reshipment will be at your expense.

If your item has shipped and you have not received it within 7 business days of shipment, YOU MUST CONTACT ME.

Description of Product:

I use my best effort to provide you with the best images and product descriptions. I cannot guarantee that listing images are 100% accurate representations of the product. Colors display differently on each monitor. Mock-ups are intended to provide you with a visual and aren't necessarily an accurate representation of the product's size. Always refer to listing details.

I reserve the right to refuse a sale, cancel the order, and refund the buyer fully.

All items are made to order and take time to produce and ship. Once shipped, postal delivery is not within my control. Please see the "Policy on Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Shipping Issues" section.

Store Promotions- Occasionally there will be sales and promo codes. All sales are final. Promotional codes cannot be combined.

Out-of-Stock Items- I am not always alerted ahead of time if an item is out of stock. If an item becomes out of stock, I will contact you and provide you with options (if applicable) or cancel your order for a full refund. If I am able to provide you with other options but you do not respond to my email within 3 days, I will automatically proceed with the cancellation and refund.

Items in an order can only be shipped to ONE address.

If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each shipping address.

Please make sure shipping addresses are correct. I am not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. You need to repurchase the item.

Depending on what products were ordered, they may not all arrive in one package. Items may be fulfilled and shipped at different times OR they may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations. Therefore, it is quite possible that the items in your order will arrive on different days. Please refer to your tracking number to get a better estimate of your item's current location.

If your item has not been shipped by the estimated time frame provided OR if seems to be lost in the mail, please contact me via Etsy messenger in a timely manner (not longer than 1 week past the estimated shipment date).

We cannot ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
