Current processing time is 2 weeks (before shipping) but I am always aiming to have things out quicker!
*Cancellations will not be accepted for any order 5 days or more into its processing timeline (unless there is fault on our end). Your processing timeline begins the day your order is placed.*

When ordering please make sure all information requested is left to avoid any delays in processing your order. Please read carefully and check your personalization details before submitting your order, as we cannot provide refunds or replacements for items that are processed as requested when ordering.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY of our items. We have a size chart in all of our listings (and model info if available) to provide you with your best fit. We have learned everyone has a different personal preference, so please utilize these tools when ordering.

Once your order ships, all orders are dropped off or picked up within 24-48 hours to begin scanning in. Once your package scans in it is out of our possession and you can keep up with its arrival with your tracking number through USPS.
USPS Standard Shipping Timelines are as follows:
Standard First Class: 2-5 Business Days
Priority: 2-3 Business Days
These timelines are NOT guaranteed and are a standard window provided by USPS. Please reach out for guaranteed shipping rates through UPS.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: We recommend washing everything COLD and hanging or lying flat to dry. Steam or iron inside out without applying heat directly to your design.
