CUSTOM RING SIZES: Please double-check the size you need before placing your order by measuring the INSIDE diameter (from one side to the other) of another ring you like the fit of OR ask me for the ring sizing tool. Ensure the ID measurement is precise down to fractions of millimetres. Unfortunately, not all ring sizers measure to the same size & jewelry store measurements are not always reliable, so I do need the inside diameter measurement to fit your custom ring.

RINGS with STONES can usually only be resized by recreating the ring from scratch - the cost starts at $100.

BRACELETS: Please measure the distance around your wrist and order that size. For example, if your wrist is 7" around, order the 7" bracelet. NOTE: My bracelet sizes are based on your wrist size, not the length of another bracelet you like the fit of. The bigger the beads, the longer the bracelet has to be to fit your wrist.

Please do not wear my bracelets, necklaces or earrings in the shower/water - the water/soap may cause wear & tear that can be avoided by not wearing them in the water. I am not responsible for damage caused to my creations as a result of wearing in the water.

Rings are designed for 24/7 wear incl. shower/pool, EXCLUDING rough activities like gardening, unless stated. Chlorine tarnishes silver.

Wrap bracelets are intended to be worn with the number of wraps indicated in the listing. e.g. 3 or 6 times. Damage caused to the bracelet by wrapping it more than the intended number of times is not covered by my refund/exchange policies.

Altering my creations in anyway that causes damage to them is not covered by my refund/exchange policies.

All items are shipped with tracking via Canada Post, DHL or FedEx.

Items usually arrive within 5-14 business days to the USA and 1-3 weeks to Europe and Asia - with extreme weather or customs delays potentially adding a few extra days.

Sometimes and very rarely items can be delayed in the mail. Out of more than 2,400 items I have shipped in the last 8 years, only a few have not arrived, while 1 was delayed to the USA and 2 took almost 2 months to get to Europe & Russia, therefore refunds on items lost in the mail will not be processed until 60 days from the shipment date have passed.

In addition to being a jewelry artist, I am also an ordained minister. Therefore I am happy to bring blessings to your custom creations. If you would like this, please let me know what intentions you would like me to bring to your jewelry as I create it. I will repeat it like a mantra in my mind and in doing so your Spiral River creation will be joined with your consciousness and wishes.

I am able to offer resizing on most of my creations, but please contact me first. This may not apply to some rings, and there may be a resizing fee as noted above.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and taxes/duty (both ways) associated with resizing.
