Your files are available immediately after payment is confirmed (usually within minutes). Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to your Etsy account → Purchases and Reviews.
2️⃣ Click Download Files next to your order.
I didn’t receive my download email. What now?
1️⃣ Check spam/junk folders (and Gmail’s Promotions or Social tabs).
2️⃣ Whitelist transaction@etsy.com to prevent future emails from getting lost.
3️⃣ Access files anytime via your Etsy account (see steps above).
The Download button is grayed out. Why?
This means your payment is still processing. Wait 15–30 minutes and refresh the page.
Can I share or resell these files?
No. All products are for personal use only. You may not:

◘ Share files with third parties, friends, or clients.
