Anyone reading this review, please read the FULL review! I placed a kinda near last minute invite order and then the next day after my proof was approved I added some more invites which would have been $19. I asked Kristen if she could send me a custom order so I would not be charged shipping. She told me no shipping charges and suggested I purchase the digital file to save a buck (it’s the little things in life). Once I received my invites the date of the party was wrong and Kristen QUICKLY resolved this by sending me all new invites priority fed ex. I think she might have lost money working with me but her dedication to make things right deserves more than 5 stars. Everything worked out in a timely fashion and the invites received are even better in person. Thank you for your hard work Kristen!!

These invites turned out perfect! The shop owner was quick to respond and worked with me to create exactly what I wanted. I also was on a timeline and got them so fast! Will definitely work with again.

I never received this item, and never heard back from the seller. after 2 weeks I finally got a refund, I had to file a complaint and open a case.

Do not buy from this seller. Had to report to etsy. Never receive downloads on thank you tags. Its been 2 weeks tried to reach out 5 times and no reply. Do not purchase anything from seller. Ordering from somewhere else same item.

I have contacted this shop 3 times with no reply. I paid upfront on may 2nd and never received a proof or response. Do not buy anything from here. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I never received my invitation. Shop will not respond to messages. Haven't received a refund either. I would NEVER use this shop again, nor let anyone I know!
