Etsy gives an ESTIMATED date that your order should arrive. However, we all know that the postal service can be slow, ridiculously slow. The date given by Etsy is only an estimate and we have nothing to do with that estimate. Our Shop does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, etc. If Esty gives you an estimated date and your order arrives after that, we are not responsible for that. We ship VERY QUICKLY - within 24 hours (on Business days only, we do not ship on the weekend).

Our Shop is not responsible for any wrong information that the buyer provides to Etsy. If the Post Office returns a package to our Shop because the buyer provided a wrong mailing address, it is the buyer's responsibility to purchase postage again. The post office will not allow anyone to reuse labels. Our Shop will not refund any Shipping Charges. It is very important to keep your mailing address and email address up to date - so that Etsy can provide our Shop with your correct information.

Furthermore, our Shop is also not responsible for Returned Mail (this being mail returned to our Shop for any reason that is not our own).

Why not First Class mail anymore? The Postal Service has combined First Class Mail, Retail Ground, and Parcel Select Ground Service into one service. This new service is called Ground Advantage. This new service includes insurance and tracking.

When Etsy sends you an email letting you know that your order has shipped, they also include a tracking number. Click that link to see the status of your package. It is important to click until you end up at the official post office website - that is the MOST ACCURATE and up to date information regarding the current location of your package. Etsy will often show your package as Pre-Transit when it is actually already moving through the post office system. Again, for the correct information, we always remind our customers to go straight to the USPS website. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. By placing an order, you are agreeing to Our Shop Policies. Our items are made to order, making them Custom Made for you.

It is not the responsibility of our Shop to accept returns / give refunds because of a cancelled baby shower, wedding, Gender Reveal party, etc.

Please do not ask us to break our Shop policy for you. We state on each listing that we do not accept returns. We also state this in our Shop Policy section, as well as here in the FAQs.

It is not the responsibility of our Shop to offer refunds due to Post Office Delays (Bad Weather, Christmas, etc) or Post Office mistakes. We ship your order quickly. We cannot control delays or mistakes caused by the Post Office.
