Hi, I'm AJ — the person behind The Tender Wobble Guide (TTWG). I'm based in the beautiful UK, where the sky can't make up its mind but the tea is always hot, and I make gentle printable guides for real, wobbly humans navigating real, wobbly life.
I come from a background in wellbeing support, and I started TTWG because I noticed a gap for accessible, gentle resources that prioritise self-compassion over hustle culture — resources that meet people where they actually are, without an underlying agenda to fix, improve, or optimise them into someone else entirely. Everything here is crafted slowly, intentionally, and with care, for anyone who needs a softer approach to the harder days.
The name says it all, really. Tender reminds us to be soft with ourselves — kind, forgiving, gentle. Wobble honours that life is rarely straight or perfect; it tilts, wiggles, and still counts. And Guide isn't a bossy instructor, but a friendly companion — offering gentle signposts you can follow (or ignore) in your own time.
